Cleantech Finland

What is this project about?

Cleantech Finland is a national program that aims to support growth in Finnish companies that operate in the environmental technology sector. The national target is to develop the sector into a new cornerstone industry. Thus Cleantech Finland profiles Finnish companies as leading suppliers of the best clean technology. The Cleantech Finland brand is owned by the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK. Marketing and communications activities are handled by Finpro.

Target Group

Cleantech Finland is a network of top Finnish cleantech experts that provides clients, partners, investors and other stakeholders easy access to the best cleantech expertise.

Cleantech Finland brings together leading Finnish cleantech companies and organizations that support the growth of the cleantech sector. Membership of Cleantech Finland offers companies a selection of flexible and efficient marketing communication services globally.
 
Cleantech Finland comprises top 100 cleantech companies with a combined turnover of 17.9 billion euros in 2010.

Schedule

Cleantech Finland's long-term objective is to profile Finland as the leading cleantech expert in selected market areas by 2012. The Cleantech Finland program was launched in 2008.
