Finpro Gazelle China is a four-stage program in Helsinki, Beijing and Shanghai. The Bootcamp keynote speaker is Mr. Po Chi Wu from China, a well known visionary, trainer and investor. Finpro industry experts Eija Tynkkynen from Beijing and Eric Cheng from Hong Kong will handle sparring with participating companies.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a 2-day interactive workshop in Helsinki 27.3.-28.3.2012 that aims in identifying and assessing areas in each participants offering and value proposition that require development. Bootcamp is a reality check regarding market opportunities and challenges in China, negotiating strategies and governmental and legal environment in China.

Discovery Tour

The Discovery Tour aims in acquiring a better understanding of the local business culture in China during a 7-day period in Beijing. Building up a social network that supports incubation is on tour's agenda. During a Discovery Tour, each participating company carries out a preliminary feasibility study regarding China as a market and the Chinese business environment.

Preparation

Preparation stage in Helsinki and in China prepares your company in starting business in China. In this stage we will continue defining your value proposition and stop for a check point: Is your business ready to enter the Chinese market? Preparation stage includes consulting services to update your pitch for customers, partners and possible financiers.

Incubation

Incubation is a one month period in China. During Incubation clients are supported by local Finpro experts in organizing and directing meetings with potential customers and partners. Incubation period ensures your company is familiar with the real business environment in China.
